I'd try some Pepcid. I give one tablet every 12 hrs. to my 55 lb husky when her tummy gets upset. Then maybe some low-sodium chicken broth, which will help her hydrate and get her some protein at the same time. If you don't see some improvement today, or if she's not urinating, I'd take her to the vet. Dehydration can be really dangerous.
