My American Bulldog is 7 months old and has some sort of pimples or scabs on his chin that keep bleeding! HELP!!!

Hi - American Bulldogs have a tendency to get canine acne on the chin and neck. It is a virus and you will need to see the vet.

definitely see the vet, also try changing his food. some dogs are allergic to certain ingredients in dog food (wheat, corn, grain) so switch to a food that does not contain these ingredients, or go for a raw food diet...good luck!
