I would listen to your vet most importantly. It sounds like he may be eating it to fast. Next time try spreading the food out on the floor and see if that helps. If he can't keep it down three days in a row than a vet visit would be best.

Dieta

try keeping him more still til he settles his tummy down.
Mine use to do that. she needed crate time say an hour then I would let her out.
The gobbling and then drinking lots of water isn't always the best for a young pup and a new tummy.
You also could be feeding him too much at once. You have to feed a puppy that age in small increments.
Not one large meal.
The dog should also not be running around hot and then eating, try keeping the pup in the kitchen area during meals and then rest for a bit.
If all else fails it may be the wrong type of puppy food.

You should always check with your vet to be sure there's no health problem. Larger dogs and deep chested dogs shouldn't bounce around too much after eating - they are more susceptible to gastric torsion.
If he is eating too fast, try feeding him out of a muffin tin to slow him down a bit, or feed him half his usual amount, then feed him the other half 15 minutes later.
