my 7 month old lab has red pimple like object on face freinds told me to put listerine on because it seems like fungi

what do i do??????

I don't think putting listerine on it would help at all. The best thing would be to call the vet and get a professional opinion.

They may be true pimples (as dogs get them too) or it could be an allergic reaction to something. I agree though, you should still take them to the vet to make sure it is nothing serious.

There are several things that will cause this and the above people are correct about taking him to the Vet. But I did want to mention oine simple thing that may be happening. when dogs are fed out of plastic bowls and the bowls get washed in hot water or in a dish washer they lose their plastic coating and the dogs tend to have a reaction against the surface of the bowl and/or the chemicals that are ommited from the material the bowl is made of.
