My 7 month Old Bitch has just started peeing on the sofa she isn't fully house trained yet, how do I stop this??! Thanks

She's us a cairn terrier and isn't fully house trained as she occasionally has the odd accident in the house but just this week she has been urinating on the sofa which she has never done before, why is this??
