My 6 yr old Aussie has suddenly become lethargic/timid. She is eating/drinking normally with no vomiting.

if you are worried about your Aussie, which sounds like you are, I would take her to the vet. It could be nothing or could be pain... there is no way to know for sure, unless you know the dog's history. sorry i couldn't be of any real help. hope cassie starts to feel like herself soon!

Definitely take her to the vet and get a blood profile done.

Also, what (if anything) has changed about her environment? Has someone new entered the picture? Has she been unable to get as much exercise as she used to? Are you working/away from home more? It is possible her change could be purely behavioral and has nothing to do with her physical health.
