I know this sounds mean but it works really well. If and when your dogs jumps on you, knee her in the chest. You shouldn't have to do it too many times before she understands that it's bad to jump on people. All puppies bite. When they do tell them they're naughty and put them in their crates. Or get a spray bottle and spray them like you would a cat. Good luck with your puppy!
