My 4 yr old dog all of a sudden today stopped eating, drinking & won't pee or poop, all she does is sleep. Help!

She was fine yesterday, she went pee this morning, but the rest of the day she didn't want to go out with the other dogs (she loves going out with them). When I picked her up and put her outside she still wouldn't pee. She did drink a tiny bit of water tonight (I'm keeping fresh water and food by her bed). All she wants to do is lay on her bed and sleep. Her breathing isn't labored or shallow, she's not whining or acting like she's uncomfortable. I took her to the vet 2 weeks ago for her annual check up and doc said she was fine. He also took her blood and it came back normal. With the way she's been acting today though I'm taking her back to the vet tomorrow.

Can anybody tell me what may be causing her to act like this?
