my 4.5 month old toy poodle had his hair trimmed very short 2 wks ago. at 1st his ears are both hanging. now 1 ear is up

i noticed that it started last sunday, 2 days after, the right one is standing up. the other one is still hanging. is it normal? pls help

What do mean it's standing up? Generally poodles ears both hang down. Sometimes they can get bent up. Have you tried pushing it down?
