If you have a friend you can practice with it works best! Have your dog sit when someone comes to the door. A sitting dog can not jump. Knock-knock...have dog sit..treat! Open door. If dog gets up...close door & get her to sit again. Treat, praise. Repeat until you can open the door, greet guest, have them come in, etc. This can take a bit of time. Every time she gets up, stop & make her sit again. Have patience!

Sprite

Wiley's suggestion is a great way to start! My dog, Sprite, definitely has a problem when it comes to guests coming to our house - he gets excited just like your dog does. I usually tell the guests to ignore him - no petting, no eye contact - and to turn away when he jumps. Eventually he just leaves them alone. This obviously isn't the best long-term way to deal with the issue, but good luck nonetheless :)

Snickers

Great suggestions:
Practice having your dog go to, sit and stay on a small carpet or her bed. Reward a lot. When she is doing well add the door bell or knock, send her to carpet or bed.
Keep it up and she will eventually be able to do this when you have someone come over.

Don't give up. She will get up 100, 500, 1,000 times. But eventually she will give up and stay.

Having your dog on a leash when answering the door will help you to control her if she jumps on visitors when you don't want. (Kind of annoying to have to do so, but if necessary...) I had to train my dog for awhile before she learned not to greet visitors in this way. I actually found some of the tips here useful, so might help you as well: www.netplaces.com
