		<description>My male puppy just got over really bad round worms, we thought we were going to lose him and now 2 weeks later his bum is smelly like fish, and his bum looks a little swollen and red. should i take him in? is he going to be ok? is this an emergency?</description>

			<p>Not an emergancy but it would be good to see the vet or groomer to have the anal glands drained.
Yes, I agree with the other doggie - sounds like the anal glads .... also, they may be infected and will need antibiotics from the vet.
