You need to watch her constantly! You may even need to go back to puppy training 101 and use a crate when you are not paying attention, confine her into "safe" rooms, and/or keep her leashed to your belt loops so you will be aware when she starts to chew something she isn't supposed to. If she does, immediately replace that object with one of her acceptable chew toys. It will also help to make sure she is getting plenty of exercise and play time as well.
