My 11 months old dalmatian vomitted blood and died!The reason is hidden!Can some1 help?

It is into the habit of eating all rubbish!Even doctors are unable to discover the reason!It was well but fell sick all of a sudden and died.It showed the symptoms only 2 days before its death.
