Hello, i would check www.petfinder.com or www.puppyfind.com or sometimes you can find it on www.kijiji.com on kijiji you just click your state and go from there good luck! you might also check the adoption thing on here... or go too google and google female whippet puppies for sale in your area.
I strongly reccomend www.petfinder.com fill out info on side (search for a pet) just state, area code, age , size and gender and breed) as a note whippits dont grow very large they tend to be about a 1 ft and 1/2 they are not that large i thnk that u may be mistaken for a greyhound they are realted to whippits but taller.
