Neutering is always a good plan to prevent unwanted puppies. It can also reduce the risk of contracting some cancers.
Neutering will NOT *cure behavior problems or indoor marking if a dog already has been allowed to practice tje behaviour.
On that same vein, having him intact will not make him aggressive or lead to marking. If you hop over to the main forums there are several threads on the pros/cons of speutering.
