Just rescued a rough collie with two different size eyes. Is this a concern?

Here's an educated guess... is said Collie a blue merle (coat color with patches of mottled grey/black)? The merle gene is tricky... one copy produces the beautiful mottled pattern (like Maggie has) but two copies can produce mostly-white deaf dogs with no eyes (worst case scenario.) Eye defects (including micropthalmia, abnormally small eye) are common in double merles, and more common in regular merles than in non-merled dogs.

If her vision seems fine and the eyes aren't irritated, then it's probably of no consequence. Get a vet check if the dog's eyes seem to be bothering it.

Gray Dawn Treader

If you mean the pupils are different sizes, this is DEFINITELY a cause for concern and means go to the vet ASAP.
If you mean the irises, I'm not sure, but call the vet about it.

If it's the actual eyeball, I know someone who had a dog like that. He was blind in his smaller eye. It's probably fine, but you might call the vet up just to be sure.
