Is there anything I can do to help my dogs cushing's pain in her hind legs ?

She is a 16 year old shih tzu/lhasa apso mix. She takes anipryl and she seems to be very healthy and happy. She occaisonally crys and I don't know if it is her legs bothering her or something else.
