Is there a way to get a grant to open a dog business?

I plan on starting a doggie daycare center in my town (I will be the first 100% dedicated in the county). Is there anyway to go about getting a grant or anything? I'd like to have a charity and/or foster aspect to the business in addition to the daycare. Any information would greatly help. Thanks.
