Is there a fee to adopt my dog on your end or is it only set by me?

Not sure I understand the question, but here goes.

When I adopted Snickers and Pepper from the Humane Society I paid a fee to adopt them.

I paid a rescue group a $15 application fee over a year ago, but I paid an adoption fee this month to adopt Sonny.

Those organizations set the adoptions fees.
