Is there a "face" paint that is safe for use on my dog?

I have a bullterrier that I would LOVE to dress up as Frankenweenie for Halloween this year, and I need something to create the stitches and scars.

I would look for non toxic paints for kids... made with vegetable oil type ingredients. As long as you don't put it near the eyes you should be ok. Just make sure to read the ingredients well before using.
