is my dog neglecting her puppies?

My dog just had 6 puppies , and she's a small dog and there are going on 4 weeks old and she is starting not to spend time with them sometimes we had to feed the puppies one on one just so they can feed, its not hurting her when they feed she's fine with it but is there something wrong with my dog? she also starting to get this purplish color around the 2 nipples closest to her front legs , is this bad?

This is perfectly normal behavior on her part. This is the age when you need to begin to wean these puppies.
Start with a ground up gruel made from puppy kibble and warm water. Use a pie plate or flat pan to feed them in. Offer it to them four to five times a day. Remove mom while the babies eat but she can clean up the left overs. It is also time for them to have a flat dish of water in the pen with them.
IF those purplish nipples are swollen and warm to the touch you need to get her to a vet ASAP as she likely is developing mastitis, which is an emergency.
PLEASE read literature on weaning and raising puppies...it is NOT FAIR to her to be expected to nurse 6 puppies all on her own without some intervention from you.
