There is always a risk with any female dog giving birth but more so with a young or old dog.
A female dog should be over 2 years of age before you mate with it ( any vet would tell you that), this is so its fully mature and then more likely to make a good mother.

I have read if you mate at a too young age it can sometimes change a dogs temperment.

Hope this helps

Yes. One, she may not have her maternal instinct yet. Two, her body isn't yet fully prepared for being a mother. This can cause complications.

As for the second time thing, I hear it a lot myself. And it's incorrect...unless the dog's second heat comes after the age of two years. See, responsible breeding is all about keeping the breed healthy. Nothing less. And there are certain health tests that cannot be certified until a dog is two years old. Breeding a dog before it is fully health tested risks passing on some bad genes.
Not only that, but the dog's owner needs to have at the very least two years of thorough research on breeding behind her, and have or have had a reputable and experienced mentor. Breeding is not a simple, nor completely safe task. There is some risk to the life of the bitch with every pregnancy.

Don’t breed your dog. There are far too many purebred and mixed puppies waiting for homes and being killed because there aren’t enough homes to go around.

You are obviously not an experienced person, you haven’t done your homework, your dog isn’t health tested and she hasn’t proved herself in the show ring or sports areas.

Get your dog fixed, it will be best for you both and the dog population in general.

Would you allow your 9 or 10 year old daughter to get pregnant and have a baby??? It's the same thing with your dog... she is still a baby and not mature enough either physically or mentally to have a litter!!!

Dieta

Yes, she is a baby.
A female should never be mated before 20 months. And it takes a dog 24 months to mature physically and mentally.
Your dog at 2 yrs should be in impecable health. Read on your breed and see what physical defects the breed has and make sure none of those are present, by a licensed vet.
Not only is your dog physically incapable of having a litter at this baby age, but also would be mentally stressful for a dog this age to try to take care of a whole litter of babies.
Spay and neuter your dogs.
