im looking for a rescue group in upstate ny that i could assist in someway any info would be so helpful.
this is all new to me could use some help from people who know.i want to try to save some of these dogs that dontv have a chance not sure what i can do thats why im asking for all your help or any i can get.

Not sure what you consider upstate NY but H.O.P.E. Services Saratoga County and the southern Adirondacks.
