Kibbles n Bits is not a very good dog food to feed. There are good human foods to feed the dog like pumpkin and sweet potatos in a can. These two human foods will probably help your dog.

Chocolate

just give him better food. I feed Wellness CORE, and one 5.5 oz can of EVO 95% meat cans twice weekly. Plenty of real meat in there, unlike kibbles n bits which is just grain, soy, colors, vitamins, and artificial preservatives.

Dieta

parvo has to be treated, it can be deadly.

I would take the dog to the vet.
It can be many things.
Once the vet treats the dog or finds what is wrong then try a food like solid gold wee bites, or Orijen to get some weight on him.

Aster

He needs a vet, not a different diet. There is no evidence at all that the more expensive foods are better than the cheaper ones. It is like the difference between steak and hamburger. Either can be the base of a nutritious meal.

Buddy ~In Loving Memory~

These symptoms sound a lot like my dogs. He had diarrhea, wouldn’t eat, lost 15 lbs! We took him to the vet and were told that it might be Pancreatitis. Okay, so we treated him for that (2 medications, bland diet) and no change. Then the vet gave us medication that should help him if it was Inflammatory Bowel Disease or Leaky Gut Syndrome. He is still on that but no change. Through out this WHOLE process the only change that I have seen is his appetite came back. He still has the diarrhea and has not gained any weight. The vet said that the only thing really that is left to do would be to do an Addisons test. Oh, the vet also did a Complete Blood Count, two fecals and tested him for all worms and they all came back negative. At this point I do not think that Buddy is going to make it. Please if you don’t want your pup to die PLEASE take him to the vet!!! Approach them with these different possibilities. Feel free to paw-mail me if you can help me anyone. I am open to ANY suggestions!
