if your dog stops bleedin does that mean that shes out of her heat cycle?
I have about a 6month old pug who is/was in heat. She was bleedin and now she's not,but my male dog got to her twice and my other one got to her once. So I was wandering if she stopped bleedin does that mean that she's out of heat or is she pregnant.....or both

Dogs don't bleed the entire time they are in heat, so possibly not. A puppy having a puppy is not a good thing... do more research on duration of heats and keep in mind that they must be completely, 100% separated for the entire duration of the heat.

First of all....PLEASE SPAY HER as soon as you can! Why are your dogs not altered?
For dogs that will be pets, it is recommended to spay them before the first heat, eliminating the risk of accidental pregnancy and reproductive diseases later on in life. Dogs may be spayed while in heat (or pregnant), but there is additional risk due to the engorged vessels and tissue of the reproductive tract. But, you NEED to have her spayed and the males neutered.
Second, she could still be in heat, even if there isn't any bleeding. Not all dogs will bleed the whole time. Some bleed for a few days, others just have vaginal discharge, and some don't really have much of anything. Females can definitely get pregnant at 6 months of age and at their first heat cycle, which is NOT good for a puppy. Pregnancy complications at this age are common and could be detrimental to your puppy's health and the puppies of your puppy.

NO a dog cycle goes for 14 days. 7 days bleeding and 7 days without. So she can still get prego. You can tell for sure when she is out cause swelling will go down, her pee area should be really swollen right now.

pretty sure she's pregnant if she's been mated 3 times... dogs often don't mate until the fertile part of the heat cycle, and sperm can live in the reproductive tract for a few days after mating, so even if it wasn't the perfect time yet, they can bide their time a little.
You can still spay her at this point without much risk, and being a pug and only six months if you let her carry this pregnancy she will almost certainly need a C-section, which is NOT cheap. A spay would be be cheaper and kinder to her.
Depending on how long it's been, you could ask your vet about mismating shots too, that will prevent the pregnancy from becoming established. (Doggy morning-after pill, basically.) But they don't work 100 percent.

If her vulva(female genitalia) is still swollen, she's still in heat even though she doesn't have any bloody discharge. MOST vets will not perform a spay when the bitches are in heat due to its a high risk surgery. Most of them will want to wait for the heat to be over. And if she mated 3x during the cycle then there is a high chance that she's pregnant. YOU need to get her fixed as soon as it is possible. IF she is pregnant then you need to keep you vet or the vet on call on speed dial. Not all the time do pugs need c-sections but majority of the breeders will still have the dogs c-sectioned on to keep the risks down. Although putting a pug through surgery is also a risk..
