I know that most Aussies get along great together and it looks like the same is true with border collies. She is not aggressive - just likes to run and play. Cannot go to the real dog park every day.

Truth is, any dog that is raised the wrong way will have human and/or dog aggression. Keep this in mind in your search for a playmate, and good luck.
