I want to join a stroll, I do not have Dogster Plus. Can I still join a stroll, if so HOW?

You don't need Plus. When someone goes and looks at other dogs (stroll), you have an equal chance to be seen as any other dog.

I've had problems with this too. I don't have plus and I can't 'manage photos' so I can tag them to join a stroll (like for a sick dog or situations like that) I'm interested in seeing the rest of the answers so I can join in as well.

Go to where you manage your photos and add the tag for the stroll. Some stroll tags will be something like: "Contest2008", so you just put that in your photo tag area.
