I want to invite people to make a dogster page for dogs they adopt from us,I don't see how to, how will they know how

Ok, I have a rescue group, and would like to have people make a dogster page for their dogs they adopt from us to post on our site (links that is) When I come to Dogster now, I have no clue how to do it, or even show them what I am talking about, this site has changed sooooo much. How can they be shown what they can do?

Go to the My Account tab.
Each dog has its own box and controls.
At the bottom right side of each box for each dog see Serious Stuff.
Under Serious Stuff click on Transfer this profile to a new owner].

This is me, not signed in, Thank you for answering, it was not what I was looking for as having someone sign up and make their own dogs a page. Perfect for if I did not know how to use the controls. I signed up for a new account and found that is where the new person would make their own dogster page right from the begininng, not me transfering a dog we have to someone. Thank you anyway.
