I need to bring my dog; a 1 and a half year old Lhasa Apso - 'Cubbie' from New Delhi - India to the United States.
~ Cubbie has his vaccination shots including the Rabies one, every year - without fail.
~ My sister can accompany my pet till the New Delhi Airport in order to load him in the cargo. But he shall be flying alone as we are already in the States.
~ Please advice of some Pet Relocators in Delhi.
~ Also is it feasible for a dog to travel on such long flights, alone? How do they manage??
~ What would be the approximate costs of flying him from Delhi-India into the US?

Only the airline can tell you the cost and proceedure for flying your pet. Airlines can't fly pets if it's hotter than mid 80 degrees or colder than 40 degrees in ANY STOP the plane has to make. Climate control can't operate on the ground during re-fueling, lay-overs, etc. Every year dogs die in airline cargo holds because of unforeseen temperature changes.
This is info on CDC/customs requirements in general for the USA:

check with your international flight plane.
dogs can travel long distances. My dog came in on a 10 hour flight with another two hour delay unloading it, you will have to go through customs too when you arrive in another country. but the flight plane will tell you how big the crate must be, the paperwork you need, which is usually a vet check up with health certificate attached to the crate, a cup for food and a cup for water attached to the bars of the crate, also line the crate with newspaper. expect the dog to eliminate itself during the flight, they have to go, I suggest an empty stomach before boarding.
Plane will let you know total cost
good luck
