I logged in, and went to account, but Can't see group mail with log in

I am properly logged in, but when I click on account and then group mail, I am brought to initial log in screen again. I logged off and then on again several times, but same problem occurs. Ultimately I can't see my mail. Suggestions??

Has this always happens?

Sometimes I'll try to log on, and it says it's invalid. So I just exit my browser, and start up a new one. That usually works.

If that doesn't work, wait a day, and if it still persists ask HQ.
