Do you have them in the garage because they are peeing on everything in the house?? Have you lived in this house long as there could have been other dogs that urinated in the house and there is still a smell. Did you get them all at the same time or different times, territorial maybe.
You could spray them with water everytime you catch them doing it but if you are not around during the day that is hard to do. Potty pads in the house and confine them to one room.
Good luck.

Do these dogs have any access to get outside where they can eliminate themselves? I mean, seriously - they can't just live in the garage!!! Not to sound nasty, but why do you even have dogs if they have to live in the garage? What do you mean by repellent? There is nothing at all that you can spray or use to teach an animal NOT to eliminate. This just happens to be a necessary bodily function! Why don't you install a doggy door to the outside? Fence your yard (if it's not already). If you can't have them in the house, or don't want them in the house for whatever reason (I can't imagine), and must use the garage as a means of shelter - then TRAIN them to go in and out the doggy door. There, problem solved...

WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU KEEP THEM IN THE GARAGE?? now if they are in there 24/7 I would assume that is where they only know where to go. I just can't see keeping any animal if you are going to keep them in a garage. Why do you have the dogs anyhow. would you keep a child in one room all the time? I think you need to find a home for all of them this is not good to do for them.

Once an animal pees in a certain area they believe it is their territory. They smell their scent, and pee in those places continuously.
You can buy straight Amonia in the cleaning section of some stores. First clean the places/items peed on previously (with a cleaner in water). Then, put the Amonia in a spray bottle. Spray it on the places/items where they have urinated.
The Amonia "remarks" the territory and avoids them smelling their scent. This does work for excellent for cats -- but only moderately well dogs.
Also, make sure they get enough attention and time outside. Dogs usually pee inside homes when they are lonely. It means they miss you. If you try to reprimand them for it, they will not understand what you are trying to tell them.
