At this point, only a veterinarian will be able to tell you whether your female has gotten pregnant when your two dogs tied, and what you can do about it.

If she is in fact pregnant, your only real option to "abort" the puppies is doing what is called a spay termination. In this process, the dog is spayed, which renders her unable to have puppies in the future, and the puppies are aborted. In order for this to go smoothly, it should be done as soon as possible if you want to go this route. This is essentially the same procedure as spay surgery, and therefore not more dangerous than normal spay surgery.

The other option would be to have and raise these puppies. However, out of the "dangers", this is probably the more dangerous route. A lot can go wrong with puppies and both your female and the pups will require lots of vet care throughout the pregnancy, after birth, and until the pups are ready for adoption. That is thousands of dollars on top of the risk of loosing mom and pups.
