I have some doggie tee-shirt designs but

i need to get them into the public eye. So far i just have drawings on paper.What are the next few steps i should take to get them out there? they are extremely cute!!!

i would see if you could find someone who can do screen printing and get them put on shirts to start and then try to sell them on ebay or some place like that to see if its going to be worth the time and money to market your wares

You should investigate Cafe Press - you can open up an online store there, and they do sell dog T-shirts that they will print your artwork and designs on. No inventory, etc. they print each one only when it is ordered!
