I have half Alaskan malamute 1/3 wolf and 1/3 Siberian husky she is 16 months old and weighs 44 lb 21.5 in tall
was wondering if she will get any taller and if gain more weight

Hoo boy. Where did you get this critter? I have a feeling you've been taken for a ride by a less-than-ethical breeder. Your percentages don't add up to a whole, so they can't be correct. Half plus two thirds does not equal 1.
44 lbs is a normal weight for a female Siberian Husky, but too small for a Malamute or wolf. At 16 months she has likely gained her full height but may gain a few more lbs as she fills out. (Not very much though.) She probably got her size from the Siberian part of her heritage. They are NOT supposed to be big dogs, breed standard is 35-60 lbs.

At 16 months, the dog is as tall as it is going to get. She could fill out a bit more , and add some weight, that would be normal as some dogs do not reach maturity completely until age 2. Good luck with your dog.
