i have been seeing this dog that looks like a rottweiler chihuahua... i doubt its a mixed breed but what type of chihuah

he is small, the same size as a chihuahua would be, but he is black all over and underneath on his stomach area he is brown like a rottweiler is... is that a specific breed?
