Have you had her to the vet? She might have worms or maybe Cushings Disease. Please take her to the vet. Good Luck!

I am not a vet. But by the sound of it. Your dig needs a vet visit. I had a boy that looked like this and it turned out to be heart problems. I am not saying this is the same thing. But it needs to be looked at
