It is not normal, but it does not mean she is not a purebred. Small amounts of white are considered serious faults but, as long as the nose is all black and the white doesn't extend down the nose, it is not considered a disqualification according to the breed standard.
Many purebred dogs have a small white patch on their chest... this IS normal and common in many different breeds and is usually not considered a fault in any way, however white on the head is a different issue.
