Holy smokes, Guest... REDUCE the amount of food you feed a pregnant dog???????? That doesn't even make sense, they need MORE food and food of a higher quality, just like ANY pregnant mammal would.
If you reduce the amount you feed her she will be forced to use her only body reserves to keep those babies growing and will be in tough shape when it's time to start nursing them.
PLEASE, OP... get this dog to a veterinarian ASAP to find out why she is vomiting and then read up on caring for a pregnant dog as well as a newborn litter. Mom and the babies lives all depend on YOU to keep them safe and alive!

I have had hundreds of pregnant dogs over the years and throwing up IS NOT NATURAL during pregnancy!!!! In fact, the only ones who ever suffered vomiting were in trouble and usually needed an emergency c-section to save their lives and the lives of the unborn puppies.
This dog needs to see a veterinarian right now and be ultrasounded to determine how far along she is and find out why she continues to vomit. This is also a great time to make the vet aware that she will most likely need an emergency c-section so they know you will be calling when the time comes.

Throwing up is natural, when a dog is pregnant. But if she throws up too much you need to take her to a vet. Sometimes reducing the amount of food and water given to her can also help.

You should take her to the vet and they will answer your questions. I would also ask about a gravid spay.
