Nervous, excited or submissive peeing is an embarassing problem. It's very difficult to stop it because it's part of the dogs personality.

If you ask people to ignore the dog until he calms, he may improve. Always greet him when both you and he are calm..
Ask him to sit.

My female dog took until almost 2 yeers old to get a handle on the excited peeing. At age 3, she is almost always dry.
