I have a malamoodle, I'm not sure what charistics and gnawing abilities he has. What toy should i get him?

He is an half alaskian malamute half poodle. He is a family loving dog and loves everyone. He is almost two and is always wanting me to play. He is about 45 pounds. And about 3 feet high. What type of toy should I get him?

Dogs like chew toys, so you can get him lot of chew toys, including cotton flavored bones.

If he likes to fetch, try a chuck-it or a frisbee. Avoid tennis balls..they pop easily & some have toxic glue. A good sturdy tug is fun..as long as he knows drop/give/leave it..so you end the game when you are done. There are some chews made from recycled tires..their ball did very well with my guy, their *tire..not so much. Tuffy brand makes some excellent chew toys..get those rated 10 for strong chewers. Kong makes super sturdy toys. Bonus is you can stuff a kong & keep him occupied for a few hours while you do other things.
Elk antlers are good for solitary chewing.
