I have a female beagle who constantly licks herself in her genital region.

She is more of a house dog but does go on "runs" evry few days. when she's not sleeping on her bed, she is licking herself. there are also occasions where she'll be walking and dribbling pee. does she lick because she is dribbling? Could there be something wrong with her? She is only 4 years old, but has been doing it since she was a pup.

Being that shes a female my first thought is that she might be cleaning herself while shes on period.
But i recommend you to get a checkup at the doctor something more important and worse could be going on.
