Socialization is very important. I would check to see if there is a puppy class in your area that you could take him to once or twice a week. These classes have trainers who work with all kinds of dogs- call ahead and let them know your situation, see if they have any advice and if they will pay special attention to your dog to help him overcome his fear. Good luck!

Start by introducing your dog to another from a distance. Allow your dog to have his personal space. When you feel your dog with less tension approach the other dog.

You can feed your other dogs treats in front of her. Maybe her stomach will overcome her fear. This doesn't work if any of your dogs are food aggressive. Good Luck!
