Your question seems to have been cut off.
However, I would like to make a point of asking why you have a 5 week old puppy?
It is illegal in most states to actually sell a pup prior to 6 (and more commonly 8) weeks of age.
This puppy needs to still be with it's littermates and the breeder taking care of this apparent illness.

As the previous poster mentioned, a puppy that age should not have been removed from his/her mother. Doing so could be detrimental to the pup's health and behavior. What are you feeding the puppy? Has the puppy been examined by a veterinarian? Screened for intestinal parasites? There's no way for anyone online to diagnose or treat your puppy. Diarrhea in puppies so small could be life threatening and thus he/she should be taken to a veterinary clinic immediately.

For a pup that young, she needs a vet right now. She's a baby, and it's really too early for her to be away from her mother. Please take her right away!
