Dogs can get upset stomachs just like us. If it was just once she could just have a normal tummy ache. Often they eat grass to cause themselves to throw up so they'll feel better. Watch out for loss of appetite &/or thirst, continual vomiting, diariha (especially with bloody stool which can indicate Parvo), change in behavior and mood, and other abnormalities. Keep a close eye on her. If it only happens once or twice but she seems fairly normal otherwise then she's probably ok. If it continues or worsens, take her to the vet immediately since puppies are susceptible to diseases, parasites, etc. due to their underdeveloped immune systems. I'm not a vet but I've had many dogs since I was a kid and it seems quite normal for them to vomit occasionally. Just watch her closely. Good luck!
