Have you had her to the vet? Maybe she has something thats treatable.

Cookies 'n' Creme (1998-2011)

Considering her age, it's probably fecal incontinence, and probably caused by the degeneration of muscles. There aren't many treatment options for that.

Talk to the vet about it, though. Better to find out for sure.
