I have a 10 month old papillon and his ears are not up. At what age will they stay up? and will he be a phalene?

I'm not sure, but I think Papillon's ears only stand up when they perk their ears, not all the time. Perhaps you could e-mail a breeder to ask?

Humm those ears should of been up by now. When they are 6-8 weeks old if they are having broblems you shoud of tapped them with medical tape that won't stick to there ears when pulling it off. A number 10 blade should be used on his ears as the weight of the hair may be holding them down. It may be to late to tape them as the muscles of the ears are probably damaged at this point............
