I have a95lb Yugoslavian mountain Shepard who is 2 yrs old. She shares a house with a small dog and cat. She screams and
Whines constant even though we are home. She can't go for walk cause she will take a fit at everything. She throws herself on the ground repeatedly . She will stand on the picnic table at the dog park that you carry her into. She is unbearable. HELP!!

Dogs are not born trained... it takes work, constant, hard work.
I would suggest you enroll in an obedience class and start working!
