Four weeks old is WAY TOO YOUNG to take a pup from its dam & littermates. No responsible breeder would allow this, and it is illegal in many states to sell a puppy before 8 weeks old. That being said, your puppy is probably a mixed breed from a BYB or oops litter. Without papers & seeing the dam & sire, there is no way to tell what breed he is at that young an age, short of a DNA test.
If you are in touch with the breeder PLEASE try to get them to take pup back for at least 4, better yet, 8 weeks.
