I would guess Australian Shepherd and Springer Spaniel. He's way too big to be a Pom puppy, if he's 10 lbs now, I'm guessing he'll be over 30 as an adult. His markings make me think Springer, and his head shape Aussie. He's really cute!

He is adorable. I see pom in his face (look up chocolate poms). I would agree that maybe some Springer. You will be able to tell a lot more as he grows and he changes.
