I gave my Sassie a bath and applied flea meds she was still wet, is this ok?

I always thought you should wait until 2 days before or 2 days after a bath to apply them. I would call your vet and ask them.

Depends on the type of flea med but, Wiley is right, MOST of the spot on ones need 48 hours AFTER a bath to allow the skin oils to return in order to spread the product correctly. The skin will not absorb them if the skin/coat is wet.

As far as I know the dog's coat should be completely dry before the application of any flea med.
